The Komptoir has become an indispensable place! It is very affordable first. The happy hour is probably one of the cheapest in the neighborhood. The bartender is a specialist in cocktails and the house often offers a better of arranged rum. The evening continues in a beautiful vaulted cellar that serves concerts.
