Located a few meters from the Hôtel de Ville metro station, the Arthur Rimbaud Library is located on the second floor of the Institut de climat, where the former city hall of the 4th arrondissement of Paris used to be located. Small but charming, it is distinguished by its well-stocked youth space (albums, comics, stories, etc.) and the numerous activities it offers, among which the story time on Saturday morning. A dozen multimedia stations are freely accessible and a few armchairs near the press area allow you to relax on the spot.
