This private mansion with its French garden was once the home of the Duc de Sully, King Henri IV's minister in Paris.
This magnificent mansion was built in 1620 when the Place Royale, now known as Place des Vosges, was constructed. It houses the headquarters of the Caisse Nationale des Monuments Historiques, now the Centre des Monuments Nationaux. You can't visit the interior, but you can take a stroll through the charming French garden. On-site, you'll find an information point on the centre's activities and a bookshop.
