Look out for the opening of the Musée Vivant du Fromage in Paris on June 3, 2024. At last, some would say, this gastronomic heritage will be celebrated at the height of its worldwide reputation. You'll have to wait a little longer to discover the museum (at the time of writing), but we can tell you that it will be divided into 3 distinct sections: first, cheese culture, then cheese making, and finally cheese tasting. Open Tuesday to Sunday, the ticket office is already open!
