Dating back to 1860, this superb old bakery is protected by historical monuments. The magnificent décor adorned with glass paintings with bucolic themes and a ceiling signed by Anselm, a famous designer of the th century. This is a real little Versailles in the heart of the Marais. Christian Vabret, the Best worker in France, is at the head of this beautiful affair. It created the French Bakery School in Aurillac and the World Cup Cup. The range of its breads is not very wide but it is of high quality. The tradition and the unleavened are the most requested. The unleavened is dropped in the form of balls, small pavés, etc. There is also full bread and breads for cereals. The pastries and the rather classic pastries are well done. Mention of fruit pies and roulé in chocolate and pistachio. A cool sandwich formula for midday.
