The daughter and granddaughter of Japanese chocolatiers, chef Emiko Sano opened her store in 2017 in the St. Paul neighborhood. An intoxicating, gourmet fragrance wafts from the place. Behind her windows, colorful creations with Franco-Japanese inspirations: chocolates flavored with yuzu, miso or even sakura (cherry blossoms), as well as revisited French pastries such as the Paris-Brest, and more personal creations that vary with the seasons. A refined address to be treasured.
