MAISON DE LA PRASLINE MAZET
The Maison de la Prasline Mazet has not been on the street since the closing of the Victor-Hugo Avenue in 2010. This montargoise confectionery took almost two years to find and develop a new address identified among others thanks to its bright yellow display. Inside the Japanese architect's party was to combine past, present and future: windows, antique furniture and French ceilings are perfectly aligned with the very clean shelves. New location, new packaging, new products and new concept. The boxes of macaroons, sugar, chocolates, small furnaces to dip in a chocolate fondue are made up of the famous grilled almond kernels which make the reputation of the house since 1913.
