Prasline is a story that begins in the mid th century when a French marshal griller some almonds in fusion sugar. A gourmande tradition that has passed through the centuries to become the specialty of Léon Mazet, creator of the eponymous teaching that celebrated his 100 years of existence in 2003. Today the store at the yellow facade continues to offer a range of luxury praslines, carefully prepared and presented in beautiful old boxes. Good plan: at the bottom of this lovely boutique is a chocolate bar.
