ANN'S COOKIES
Ann is a lover of the cookies she certain when she was a student in England. Nostalgia has never left it. She made cookies for her entourage, very quickly conquered by her little sweets. Then a movie from Woody Allen, Escrocs, but not too much where we talk about a former pizzeria transformed into Sunset Cookies, inspired him to open a shop on Île Saint-Louis that she left to install her products at the Grande Épicerie. Its cookies are hand shaped, one to one, cooked every day in its workshop located at 13 rue de Sèvres where one comes to remove orders. It uses fresh butter and eggs, cane sugar from the Antilles, very good baked chocolate and dried fruit carefully selected: Périgord nuts, Italy oranges, turkey apricots, hazelnuts from Piedmont, Iran's pistachios… It always creates new things that sometimes stick to the seasons: lemon, blue poppy and white chocolate or white chocolate rose petals.
