LES FÉES PÂTISSIÈRES
Two beautiful épicuriennes fées, Déborah Lévy and Sarah Harb, have long dreamed of embarking on an exciting adventure to make their own cakes. They followed training in London and New York where she learned how to perform, among other things, a very fashionable miniature cake in France right now. But their trick was first of all to offer original pastries while combining tradition and the reinterpretation of the classics. Assisted by Eddie Benghanem, pastry pastry chef from Trianon in Versailles, they worked on textures, taste and formatting. As a result, Les Fées drool us just by seeing them so beautiful. The Strawberry Fairy, the Hazel Fairy, the Sweet Fairy, the Fairy Pie, etc. are incredible inventions. Example: The Fairy Raspberry is a meringue to the éclats of crispy raspberries, light foam with white chocolate and jam of raspberry. A wonder. Each month a cake appears then disappears the next month. For the holidays, no log but funny little characters, Mrs. and M. Neige… Only caveat, prices, quite high.
