There are ancestral dishes but which return to the front of tastes, and that is exactly the case of the Portuguese pasteis de nata. To give prominence to these delights, they are two. The first, Christophe Boitiaux, is a trained architect, the second one, Victor Silveira, is above all a gourmet and a gastronome. This nice pair focuses their energy and passion on the sale of these tarts that look like creamy pastry flans with flaky pastry -originating in Bélem- that is sprinkled or not with cinnamon (and which can be frozen very well). They also sell specialities like sardines, cod mousse, olive oil, porto, etc.
