BOUCHERIE JEAN-PAUL GARDIL
The Ludoviciens know this honourable house opened in 1905. Jean-Paul Gardil and his son Wilfried do not buy, prepare and sell only meat whose taste is that of our soils and the origins clearly indicated. So some of the finest pieces of beef, pork and other poultry in Bresse, but also some rare products in our region, such as the incomparable Prosciutto di Parma, almost 30 months maturing or the famous "Poitou du Poitou" a famous rabbit ! The trophies displayed on the walls testify to the work done for more than a century. In March 2010, Jean-Paul Gardil and his son won the first prize for their milk calf in Brive-la-Gaillarde.
