CHAPITRE 20
In the face of Saint Paul's village, the Chapter 20 boutique sees life in white. It celebrates the cultural heritage of wine on the themes of the grandeur and diversity of French and European white wines as well as books on the wine civilization. In a beautiful stone and wood space, Emmanuel Dupuis has selected some 500 references for discerning amateurs as well as beginners. Without a bias, "without labels", the selection is aimed at a "cultural and historical unit" which extends beyond the bottles, evokes Mediterranean migration, the monks'building and the centuries-old work of the winemakers. From Burgundy, Champagne, Provence, Wachau, Galicia, the Palatinate, Tokaj, dry, sweet, effervescents, under sail, transferred, the wines are there to let you discover. The bookshop is dedicated to presenting a wide catalogue of works related to the world of wine with 700 references. It is an encyclopaedic, historical and contemporary look, ethnological and geographic, practical and pedagogical, literary and artistic, scientific and technical… They are also vineyard maps, specialized magazines, "wine nose" and various games.
