Foie gras from the Landes, obviously! You'll find it here as a raw product, but also as a terrine or pâté! Here, you will also find classic dishes of Landes gastronomy: duck breast fillet, vacuum-packed preserves, cassoulet, cabbage soup, Bordeaux lamprey, as well as sweet and savory side dishes like peaches with five spices or Tatin granny apples, in short, anything that gives sense to the Southwest cuisine. Everything is prepared by hand in the Landes cuisines of the Montaut family home, according to traditional recipes. The ducks are fattened with whole grain corn and are from small breeding farms.
