To share his passion, Rémi Porthault opened a boutique dedicated to monoflower miels; the honey from a single flower variety. On shelves, pots are laid as bottles of precious fragrances in alveoli that recall the hive. Almost 30 kinds of honey from around the world (France, Mexico, Thailand, Spain, Canada…) are transported into barrels in Morvan to be put into pots. Small spoons are available to taste before buying. Flavors are sometimes amazing such as blueberry, mint, litchi or buckwheat. Derivatives can also be purchased: nougats, candies, spices of spices, pollen, propolis and royal jelly.
