This fish in Saint Paul's neighborhood has a little banal story. Indeed, the Paris city hall had launched a call for tenders with no fewer than 140 projects. Xavier Auguet won it. Born from a Norman family of fishermen by his father and'by his brothers, he knows the sea well and offers the best fishing, by small boats, live from Trouville, Fine or Dieppe. On the menu of feasts, soles, turbot, royal sea bream, Isigny oysters and live shrimps, but also organic gambas from Madagascar, king crab in Alaska, without forgetting the smoked smoked salmon in Normandy and the house of cod, crab and sea urchin.
