LAVA - Cuisine & Vin is a restaurant where Chef Wilfried ROMAIN (Top Chef 2022) offers a bistronomic experience featuring cuisine from his travels. This cuisine is combined with a wine list meticulously selected by Head Sommelier Rémi BADJOINT. Located in the heart of Paris 5, rue de la Montagne-Sainte-Geneviève, come and discover our wine bar from 4pm, then the Chef's bistronomic cuisine after 7pm. We also offer a private table d'hôtes for companies and individuals.
Situé au cœur de Paris, au 9 rue de la Montagne-Sainte-Geneviève, LAVA vous propose également son Bar à Vin, pour profiter de sa terrasse ensoleillée.
Pour une expérience unique, optez pour le "Salon Basalte", la table d'hôte privatisable de LAVA, pouvant accueillir de 6 à 12 convives.

Nous avons choisi le menu carte blanche en 5 escales, et ce fut un véritable voyage culinaire. Les plats proposés par Wilfried Romain sont aussi savoureux qu’originaux, et les recommandations de vins faites par Rémi toute aussi excellentes.
