Open Tuesday to Saturday evenings; Thursday to Saturday lunchtimes. Wine bar Tuesday to Saturday, 4pm to 7pm. Single menu €75. A la carte menu: approx. €60.

LAVA - Cuisine & Vin is a restaurant where Chef Wilfried ROMAIN (Top Chef 2022) offers a bistronomic experience featuring cuisine from his travels. This cuisine is combined with a wine list meticulously selected by Head Sommelier Rémi BADJOINT. Located in the heart of Paris 5, rue de la Montagne-Sainte-Geneviève, come and discover our wine bar from 4pm, then the Chef's bistronomic cuisine after 7pm. We also offer a private table d'hôtes for companies and individuals.
