If we say Lava, you'll understand why the place is covered in black, which characterizes the volcano: so much for the interior, which is disconcerting to say the least! As for the concept, it's a great wine bar and restaurant, the brainchild of two friends: chef Wilfried Romain, who cut his teeth on a famous cooking show, and sommelier Rémi Badjoint. Bistronomy and originality are the order of the day, with a surprising Axuria beef fillet with smoked mousseline, and desserts to die for. Au vu de la qualité, de la créativité, de la l'agencement des saveurs et des textures des plats, de la maîtrise des cuissons, des propositions de vins et de l'accessibilité du sommelier, de la très bonne qualité de service, ce restaurant mérite l'étoile. Et le rapport qualité/prix est donc excellent, même le soir.
Bravo au chef et à toute l'équipe!
Si je dois donner un bémol : le cadre et la déco pourraient être encore améliorés, et je n'ai pas trouvé grand intérêt au pain avec sa croûte charbon
