Restaurant with a splendid decoration offering an authentic kitchen.

In the Corsican meeting point family, there is U Mulinu. The address delivers us an authentic cuisine that convinces even the most reluctant to their maquis look. The chef has chosen to work with passionate producers - most of them are Corsican - and organic fruit and vegetables. It is difficult to choose among the specialties offered by the team: the traditional charcuterie of Pascal Flori, the organic olive oil Oltremonti in Bravone, the artisanal honey of Antoine Carli in Canavaghja, the Valentini honey, so we go back again and again to taste everything. The decoration was also entrusted to an architect from l'île de Beauté: splendid!

Très bon restaurant Corse à Paris, le personnel est agréable
Les cannellonis sont délicieux tout comme le saucisson
Les produits sont Corses et la qualité est au rendez-vous

Des plats délicieux, vraiment un régal avec une ambiance apaisante qui vous fait passer un bon moment. Et surtout des serveurs géniaux.

Un soir de semaine, dans le calme d'un restaurant peu fréquenté (ce soir là en tout cas) : très bonne charcuterie corse; plat : effiloché de porc bien goûtu et très bien accompagné ; enfin un dessert à la châtaigne délicieux. Serveurs aux petits soins, très agréables. Bravo, on reviendra !
