In the Corsican meeting point family, there is U Mulinu. The address delivers us an authentic cuisine that convinces even the most reluctant to their maquis look. The chef has chosen to work with passionate producers - most of them are Corsican - and organic fruit and vegetables. It is difficult to choose among the specialties offered by the team: the traditional charcuterie of Pascal Flori, the organic olive oil Oltremonti in Bravone, the artisanal honey of Antoine Carli in Canavaghja, the Valentini honey, so we go back again and again to taste everything. The decoration was also entrusted to an architect from l'île de Beauté: splendid!
