PIROSMANI
Restaurant with a very warm welcome displaying a wine list in Paris.
Niko Pirosmani was a naive Georgian painter from the late th century. This restaurant, whose boss is also Georgian, bears its name. Serge Ossipov opened it in the late 1990 s after holding a restaurant in Moscow. The owners are true Georgians. The staff were very friendly and helpful. On the menu you can try the khapchapouri (a cheese stuffed with cheese), the tchacapouli (a dish from lamb to tarragon), khartcho soup, tomato broth and herbs and the khimkali to swallow with a glass of vodka! The wine list announces Georgian wines like khvantchkara, a slightly sweet red wine.
