El Sur plonge in a truly Argentinian atmosphere with its servers of the cru, its music and its very simple decoration. The restaurant is based on traditional and traditional cuisine as it still exists in Argentina. Beef meat, imported directly from there, is made to be served in a net, faux, tender or in the heart of rumsteak.
