El Sur plonge in a truly Argentinian atmosphere with its servers of the cru, its music and its very simple decoration. The restaurant is based on traditional and traditional cuisine as it still exists in Argentina. Beef meat, imported directly from there, is made to be served in a net, faux, tender or in the heart of rumsteak. It is grilled at the grill as the Argentinean tradition wants, depending on the taste of the client (blue, rare, point or cooked).
