Food-truck in Paris offering a menu of tacos, selected meats, fresh vegetables and Mexican cuisine.

Bocamexa, a name that immediately makes you want to bite into burritos and it appears that these later are the best in Paris. Alejandra and Julien run address. You'll find on the à la carte menu: taco, quesilladas, burritos and salads, freshly prepared in front of guests. Meats are carefully selected, the vegetables are fresh. Pibil chicken is prepared from yellow chicken breast, the chorizo, made with pure pork sausage meat with Guérande salt, is labeled Porc Français. It is cooked on plate every morning in a mixture of spices that are directly from Mexico. The Barbacoa-style beef is cooked during 6 hours. For vegetarians, mushrooms with smoked chipotle pepper, à la plancha sweet peppers with red onions, or a poblano chili that is a large pepper. The team also has its privatizable food truck which transports authentic Mexican cuisine to the four corners of Paris.

Lieu très sympa, personnel très gentil. Cuisine sympathique

Edit 02/2024 : the taste is not the same anymore
