Restaurant offering high quality products.
Students of Jussieu have a new alternative at the restaurant U, and not just any. A burger, generally they just love it... but their parents too as it pays tribute to great names of jazz in a very Chicago atmosphere of the years of Prohibition: posters of American actors and jazzmen, Tiffany lamp style... However, furniture is contemporary and sober. The products are of high quality. Buns come directly from the Gaumer bakery at rue Monge, meat from Beauvallet and vegetables are well selected daily. The burgers have evocative names: Flapper for girls with a vegetarian steak, Mob for boys (with 180 g of fresh meat, cheddar and all that goes with it)... Rudolph Valentino has an Italian touch with mozzarella, dried tomatoes and basil; French Connection has its bleu d'Auvergne. As for dessert, cheesecake, brownies or tiramisu. Behind this concept, Amaru and Javier, two young people fans of the American Roaring Twenties.
