We arrived for a late afternoon lunch. Plenty of seating available.

We got the duck and pork over rice dish and the beef with rice noodles. Both were very delicious and authentic. A highlight of our trip in Paris. Would definitely recommend!

Have been here on my most 2 recent trips to Paris. A great spot for our Cantonese food fix. Shrimp wontons with noodles in soup really hits the spot, and the char siu is pretty good too!

Service was friendly too :)

Le temple du canard laqué ou du porc ???? j’y vais depuis 1981 et la qualité du canard laqué est incomparable ! C’est nouveau On peut réserver . Bœuf saté, gambas et les soupes de nouilles sont très bons, tellement que j’ai oublié de faire des photos. On a fini sur une mangue ???? d’un goût incomparable. Peu cher, décor basique, allez plutôt au sous sol c’est plus calme

The most authentic Cantonese dining experience you will get in central Paris. The freshly barbecued meats (lacquered duck, lacquered pork, roast pork belly), are the standout, as you will not find this easily outside of the Chinatown in Porte d'Ivry. These can be ordered as a dish to be shared (with meat only seasoned with a sweet soy sauce), or as a single meal accompanied with rice (for the same price, with slightly less meat). Not all the servers are Cantonese speakers, but they were overall very helpful and attentive.

Je voulais essayer le canard laqué comme on en voit à la télé, entier, bien luisant a la broche, croustillant, caramélisé au toucher et moelleux à l’intérieur, bon j’en demande un peu trop mais c’était très très bon je ne reproche rien, y’a du monde ou bien nous avons attendu mais ça se comprend le restaurant est super c’était agréable

I ordered the noodle soup with roasted duck, duck was really good, much better than what I could get in the U.S., but we set a low bar there. Noodle was pretty bad though, they were clumped together and overcooked.

The male server was really friendly but not so much with the woman behind the cashier. I came to this area because I wanted to buy pastry from La Maison d’Isabelle, so after I already finished my meal, I took a few small pieces of my Palmier out from the pastry bag and put them in my mouth … and got called out by the woman right away …. I didn’t take the whole pastry out, I didn’t make a mess either, I already finished my meal. She pointed at me or maybe pointed at my pastry and told me to put it away and no outside food allowed. Why did she have to do it?? Is that normal in Paris ??

Je fréquente ce restaurant depuis 30 ans . C’était ma cantine et j’étais fan de leur fameuse soupe de raviolis aux crevettes . Quelle déception lors de mon dernier passage !Le bouillon est devenu insipide .Quel dommage …Tout se perd de decidement .
