Korean restaurant in Paris offering marinated meats with refined flavors, a Korean pancake and mandous.
Hami is a true Korean who studied cooking in Korean restaurants under the umbrella of the Institute of traditional Korean Cuisine within the Ferrandi school. It does not put everything on the spices, it prefers pickled meats and more refined flavours. The first menu menu called Slimming consists of a Korean crepe and mandous (4 grands ravioli ravioli), a salad of young shoots, wild rice, and hot chicken or pork meat. The Bœuf beef card (grilled low-rib strips with salad-coated wild rice bites) favours delicate flavours. Using traditional rice cake and red bean is served with cold tea with red fruits and goji berries.
