KATHMANDU
House serving Khen Wo, a lentil cake, grilled and marinated dishes or simmered in spices.
Here everything comes from Nepal, the house guarantees it: crockery, tablecloths, furniture. It is quite sober and nevertheless warm. Every dish has, say, a story told on the plate. The Buildings Bajee, for example, is an assortment of hors d'oeuvres served during the ceremonies. Another authentic dish the Khen Wo, a galette of lentils with minced meat. To help you: Chhouya are grills and Kheer of cakes. The dishes are all marinated or dishes in spices. It's rich and full of flavours to be very refined. The servers are welcoming and short of comments about Nepalese traditions. Buffet with will at noon.
