Restaurant offering Tibetan cuisine in a large room all in length.

Tashi Delek, who is the wish that we exchange the morning of Losar - Tibetan new Year - and which means «happiness and joy», has long been a reference figure when one speaks of Tibetan cuisine, which is now fairly well represented in Paris. This restaurant was founded years ago by three Tibetan students, who are pioneers in this area. In a large hall in the long distance of the Dalai Lama and a magnificent tentra, one eats one of their specialities which is the Tibetan fondue, based on meat, fish, vegetables, mushrooms and spices, a dish that has become rare in Tibet because expensive and rather delicate to prepare.

La place est chaleureuse et accueillante, la cuisine est merveilleuse, je fréquente Tashi Delek presque chaque semaine. Leur soupe aux lentilles est le top. C’est un restaurant familial et je peux sentir l’amour avec laquelle ils font leurs plats. Je recommande fortement ????????????
