SAIGON PANTHÉON
Restaurant located near the Place des Grands-Hommes offering a simple and tasty Vietnamese cuisine.
Near the Place des Grands-Hommes you have an appointment with large kitchen. This temple of Vietnamese gastronomy is simple and flavors. Created in June 2013, it is held by a family of passionate, Mom is in the furnaces, son in the room. All dishes served are home-made and made from fresh ingredients. On entry, we oscillate between classics and specialties revisited: Spring roll with duck, chicken soup, shrimp salad… dishes are as diverse as Pho soup with beef, caramel shrimp or Banh Cuon. Desserts are made home but much more classical. So be careful the place is so successful it is better to book to settle in this beautiful address. But be sure, they're also taking away.
