Vietnamese restaurant in Paris preparing vegetarian dishes à la carte, meats full of flavors
A real Vietnamese restaurant held by a true Saigonnaise and a true French. Both opened this little house to show that there is a kitchen from the North and one from the South. The dishes, including a few vegetarian dishes, are on the map as a gastronomic journey: a soup of my to very fragrant made of soy beans, soy sauce, chili and lemon spices, fried noodles with well baked beef and not fat, or a lake loc served with fresh onion washers and a small marinade made of salt, pepper and juice of green lemon. It is full of flavours… but as many people as possible, it is better to reserve before pointing out its nose.
