Mountain restaurant in Paris offering a varied menu of seasonal fish, meat and Italian cuisine.
The Ciasa Mia is a kind of mountain restaurant with fireplace, large stones and exposed beams. Francesca's smile and Samuel's dishes are an excellent visiting card. The map varies during seasons and if many of you have prepared two tasting menus for the entire table. À la carte you choose to start a cuit trout saumonée smoked with spuma to the horseradish, blinis of potatoes, grout grout and red onions in vinegar. Very original and balanced flavours that are perfectly respected. We then embark on the discovery of a pig filet for douce douce, Kasespetzle, polenta, and Topinambourg. Superb. Then, you can conclude a pleasant finish with pine panna. We are well in the mountains… A beautiful address for Italian cuisine out of standard.
