Good address in Paris preparing specialties, pastas and pizzas with an excellent quality-price ratio.
Broca Street is a small nugget of good addresses. It is one of them and has a loyal clientele thanks to its excellent value for money. The window is not terrible but we know that behind the door we will live a good time. The garden is pleasant with its kitchen books that give you the desire to get to the fourneaux and its slate, which instead push to get to the table. Everything sounds good in Italy. The chef is Tuscan and knows how to gently accompany his country's products. From among the vast choice of antipasti, crostone di montagna was tasted in Taleggio cheese and speck ham served on a rocket bed. He turned out to be very tasty. On the flat, many pasta specialities and especially the pizzas proposed daily and original: taccioni all'affumicata (pasta, zucchini, smoked cheese, bacon cubes), rigatoni cacio, pinocchiona pizza with a typical fennel sausage of Tuscan sausage, pizza 42 bis… The dough is fine and crispy, as you love them. Cakes are homemade. Tiramisu à la fraise, baba with rum…
