Establishment in Paris serving homemade aperitif and Persian specialties.
The room is often animated by musicians who come to hear the tar, thereby justifying the name of the establishment: in Farsi, colbeh means "music". The ear is charmée by gentle melodies and the owner himself sings very beautiful Iranian songs. On this musical background, we drink a homemade aperitif, an infusion of mint, vinegar and sugar served very fresh. Surprising! Then we embark on the discovery of Persian specialities whose names alone offer beautiful promises: sabzi sabzi (herbes soufflé), ach (herbs and yoghurt soup), cholezard (parfumé rice flavoured with pink water) or khoreche fessenjan (minced meat to grenades). Beware, it's small and service is a bit fast over the weekend. All menus are translated into English, German and Persian to meet customer expectations.
