One-star restaurant with a terrace offering pasta made from ancient wheat and broths.

The Left Bank is undoubtedly his favourite neighbourhood. After Ze Kitchen Galerie and Kitchen Galerie Bis - which he has since sold - in the 6th arrondissement, William Ledeuil set up shop on boulevard Saint-Germain for this Kitchen Ter (re). Here, the Michelin-starred chef plays with pasta (he has created several varieties based on ancient wheat varieties with a baker in Cucugnan) and broths, his trademark. The result, for example, is girolettes (made with small spelt) - shrimp, shimeji mushrooms and Thai shrimp broth. A real delight!

Merveilleux endroit, plats délicieux... tout est formidable

Excellent modern cuisine! The restaurant offers pasta based dishes with ingredients inspired by European and Asian cuisines. The results were great with multiple ingredients synergazing in a meaningful way. For entreés we ordered the haddock and the blood sausage. For the mains we ordered the Basque sausage based dish and the Plat du jour. The service was also friendly and impeccable, and the decor spacious and warm. The prices at ~50 per person (without wine) were reasonable. One small modification that I would make would be to make the main smaller in size. By the end we were too full and didn't order dessert.

Excellent déjeuner, cuisine inspirée et inventive où l'on reconnaît bien la patte de William Ledeuil. Accueil pro et chaleureux, nous avons déjà envie de revenir !

Merveilleux dîner passé à Kitchen Terre. L'accueil et le service étaient chaleureux et souriant, avec un personnel toujours attentif. Les plats étaient tout à fait surprenants par leur goûts hors du commun et leurs dressages dignes de grandes œuvres d'art.
