Restaurant proposing a 100% vegetal and raw cuisine in Paris.
Michael is American and has always been bathing through his family. It is, of course, that he himself turned to the kitchen. To acquire experience, and learn new techniques, he undertook many trips and it was in Bali that he had for the first time heard about véganisme. After much excitement, World Food Barn was born in Paris. This restaurant offers 100% vegetable and flood cuisine. Three bowls are proposed: Rice Noodles base, Seed Bowl Bowl and Urban bowl based on red cabbage and kale. Daily dishes are also offered as well as desserts. A breakfast menu is à la carte (waffles, Acai bowl and chia of chia among other options). And to complete this card, what better than fresh juice to original recipes?
