L’AOC
Restaurant where Sophie and Jean-Philippe Lattron concoct meat dishes from local products.
Sophie and Jean-Philippe Lattron are lovers of meat, charcuterie and all the robust dishes. Each day, in their restaurant, they make the most of the products of our land. How could it be otherwise when we know that Jean-Philippe is a son, grandson, and great-grandson? Meat, he knows. And when he advises you a crisp pig's foot, a house sausage, or Mr. Bar's "black paws" chicken juice, garlic juice, you can trust his eyes closed. Same principle with Sophie. If she tells you that André Perret's Condrieu is like enjoying a knee on the ground, you can believe it. The decoration reminds us of our childhood with its old waxed buffet and its collected objects.
