Pleasant restaurant located halfway between the Lutetia Arena and the Jardin des Plantes.
Nuance, this is the little new Latin Quarter! It is fresh, healthy and full of promises. Already because it has one of the best situations in the neighborhood, halfway between the arenas of Lutèce and the Jardin des Plantes, close to the Jussieu faculty. But mainly because the establishment itself is pleasant, without doing too much, it pays tribute to nature while retaining its modernity and a pinch of sophistication. The large glass bay that runs along the room goes with the sun to your table for an incredible moment of well-being. But what's most amazing here is the passion put in the establishment, whether it's by the kitchen team, baristas, chief or maintainer, they all honor their address. In the bar, fruit juices, coffee and teas are flowing, and they deserve to be interested in them since Nuance is supplied at Custom for coffee and the teas on the shelves are falling. As for the map, it's constantly changing, but you'll surely have the opportunity to taste one of the baos of the house, their specialty banh mi (tradition, marsh, marsh beef, cucumber, white radis, coriander, house mayo), a cheesecake or their granola that is, in our humble opinion, one of the best in Paris.
