What strikes when you pass the Studio 5 door is the modernity of the address and the smile of the staff. One might think that we have just entered an umpteenth restaurant with no flavours, but it would be wrong. The hotel is one of the good bets on the Left Bank. The formula is simple: carefully selected ingredients, well-balanced cocktails and spot-on recipes. The breads are made in-house by a baker, the meat and cheese are of French origin, with regard to the fries they are made on the spot. You are also recommended for the "Cheese" burger consisting of beef, home-cooked ketchup sauce, fresh tomato and cheeses (Ambert AOP, refined cheddar, fresh goat, AOP county) and the "Vegetarian" made from vegetable munging in the butterfly and vegetables, AOP county and parsley. We finish the meal with a marinated green lemon pie or a cheesecake of the finest effect. And since the bar is open until 2 a.m. from Thursday to Saturday, we don't feel pressured and we really enjoy the evening.
