Address in Paris proposing a short menu of seasonal and quality products, revisited specialities.
Kokoro – "heart" in Japanese – is a charming address located in the center of the Latin Quarter. A Franco-Japanese couple work in the kitchen: she makes the sweet, and he prepares the salty. Their duo works wonders, the result is delicate and full of flavors. Their menu is short and surfs on seasonal products, a guarantee of quality. On the menu are revisited recipes full of intelligence such as Bouchot mussels with Thai curry, cucumber spaghetti, bonito with yellow carrots, brioches and homemade lemon honey madeleines. The presentation of an exquisite delicacy means that even before you touch it, you are completely seduced. Instead of gourmet coffee, Vendée coffee (the chef is from Vendée) accompanied by brioche, which has just come out of the oven, eloquently concludes your meal.
