Bistro in Paris elaborating a cuisine canaille, a menu of foie gras and aligot.

Originally the kitchen was 100% perigordian, but the bistro was bought many years ago by a Auvergne family, the foie gras and the aligot are hand in hand on the map where they flow happy days. Jean-Luc Martin in the hall put his brother Christophe to the casseroles. Villains cuisine in juice without being passed by the Review board st century: kidney kidney in front of the customer, homemade andouillette and French fries, duck conflict and dropped apples. It is not new but it still works very hard…

Atendimento ruim . Comida ruim . A sopa de cebola péssima , “ veio um caldo de carne morno , com uma rodela de pão cebola crua e pasmem , sem queijo , uma vergonha . O pato estava seco . Mas o pior foi o atendimento que notadamente é diferenciado para os franceses . Nunca mais volto.

Restaurant found by chance, it was lunch time and we stopped. It looks good on the outside and the interior is cozy. Good meat, in quantity and quality, which was on point. The aligot that accompanied it was perfect, in texture and flavor. The wine we chose went perfectly with the food but, it was a good few euros above its real value. The service, the service we saw being provided right there at the next table, three American citizens and the one provided to us by exactly the same waiter... In short, we are Portuguese.
But the restaurant is very worth it!
