It's a restaurant whose menu features outstanding French specialties, cooked with heart and soul. But it's also a great place to savor carefully selected grands crus. The place manages to avoid the clichés of the bistro of yesteryear. It's a living space in its own right, with its own personality. Here, you won't want to miss out on one of the chef's specialties: dishes based on Burgundy snails! Definitely one of the best restaurants in town.

We visited this restaurant on our 3rd day in Paris as we were craving real French food. We picked Au Doux restaurant after exploring the reviews and the food menu and we are so glad we did. everything was amazing from appetisers to main course, desserts and the house wine: escargot, bone marrow, foie gras, duck, etc. the service was also great and welcoming! We highly recommend this place.

A hidden gem! The reviews had us very excited for this restaurant but it appears to be a hidden gem. We were only the second table to arrive at our 8 pm reservation and there were only 4 tables seated when we left around 10. The waiter brought cute large wooden menu boards for us to review and order. The escargot was amazing and My duck was excellent, but I wish I’d ordered the boeuf bourguignon. My wife had it and shared one delicious bite with me; she said it was one of the 3 best meals she’s ever tasted.

Le vin était bon mais nous avons eu froid car la porte reste ouverte. De plus ça sentait fortement l’urine de chat et la fumée de cigarette car le serveur fume limite dans l’embrasure de la porte. Donc déçu du lieu
