Address in Paris offering very good fresh and seasonal products, an octopus à la plancha, and desserts.
Near Notre-Dame, this Hébé (named after the daughter of Zeus and Hera, who served nectar to the gods in Greek mythology) distills Mediterranean flavours in this historic district of the capital. Its owners asked two-starred chef Michel Portos to oversee the menu. The success is indisputable, thanks to the delicate, gourmet dishes: half-cooked tuna, onion cream, fennel confit with citrus fruits, pollack and lemon tapenade... It's a shame we didn't sit down here sooner. Well-calibrated wine list.

Reply: As we shared tha food among three people, it was impossible not realize before finishing the scallops as the last one with sand. In fact, your over defensive continues to blame us for confusing the cardomam and rocks in the lentil, it was not our first time eating food. Acknowledging a mistake is wise decision as we all human and can make mistakes however blaming the customer repeatedly is a horrible attitude. Also, please send our loves to your waitress who didn't response to our good bye.
