LE PRÉ VERRE
Restaurant with a seasonal menu featuring local and foreign products.
Le Pré Verre - a wink to Jacques Prévert, a word games enthusiast and an inhabitant of the neighbourhood - is a creation of Marc and Philippe Delacourcelle. Jean-François Paris took over. Change of ownership, atmosphere, setting, but the quality always meets expectations. On the walls, frescoes on the theme of Paris, some poems by Jacques Prévert. The menu changes according to the seasons with local products mixed with flavours from elsewhere. Mastery and originality give a royal foie gras with Timut pepper, tender suckling pig with mild spices and crusty cabbages, a rack of lamb accompanied by pumpkin roasted with cumin and cherry juice, apricots roasted with lavender honey…
