A discreet storyteller, a decoration in the air of time, a wide smile by way of reception and a beautifully crafted kitchen with a chef spent in 3 A, such as Albert Corre, Alain Reix and Alain Ducasse. You'll tell me, it doesn't mean anything but here, Stéphane Guilcou has a certain talent to prepare his crab ravioli and gambas, the lasagna of black place, the roast duck with his Chinese noodles to broccoli or his orange blowing and Grand Marnier. In the plate, the chef plays on textures, shapes, flavors, and the result is explosive. A real heart of heart in this well-lit neighborhood!
