Gastro bistro in Paris offering creative cuisine, fish, vegetables and meats.
Bistrot gastro in every way, Le Buisson Ardent is one of our favorite addresses in this arrondissement. You can enjoy a really successful cuisine, full of delicacy. To whet your appetite, which will be involved, the chef offers you beautiful starters: gilt head sea bream filet marinated with orange zest and zucchini tagliatelles, old tomatoes with white balsamic and ricotta with thyme flower, cold soup of fenouil with tarragon and beet tartare with mussels. Then, a hake filet poached with fir broth or a roasted duckling filet, and to perfectly finish, a bordelais cannelé with tonka bean or an iced vacherin with mara des bois strawberries. It is a smart cuisine, unpretentious for a penny but made with passion and great creativity. The extra: The bread is prepared by the Kayser house and the house provides customers with a bag to bring a bottle of wine started.

Je dirais entre 40-50€ par personne avec cocktail sans alcool, entrée, plat et dessert, le tout avec une qualité qui justifie le prix.
