Canteen in Paris offering a creative and original meal, cheeses, and desserts to match.
Franck Marchesi-Grandi's cuisine is synonymous with freshness - and not just for the citrus theme. For indeed, the freshness thunders in the plates made in front of the customers' eyes, perched on the stools of the counter open to the ovens. Paradoxically, they seem to be more popular than classic tables. As for the meal, it will be creative and original: pork loin and mashed apple with mushrooms (a delight), roast octopus with garlic, a fillet of turbot with turmeric... the cheeses are in number (and in quality), and the desserts to match. The whole thing has a certain cost, and it will be difficult to make this place one's canteen. It doesn't matter. Coming here is an event.
