Establishment with terrace offering a menu of roasted duck sausages accompanied by a mini-ratatouille
Some tables on the terrace where we sit on stools and a bistro room where everything seems to have been left at their raw state or almost. The waiter's team in the room welcomes you with a big smile. On the menu, you can start with pig ear toast or the small peas cream soup with fresh mint, followed by a roast duck sausage accompanied by a mini-ratatouille or a half-lobster roasted with tarragon butter. The cooking is superb and the aromas blend perfectly. As for the dessert, we cannot resist to the raspberry shortbread and the mascarpone cream with peanuts. This address has a little brother, Au Bougnat, 26 Chanoinesse, just next to Notre-Dame church.
