That of belonging to a long tradition that respects the good food and local products: Aubrac beef with veal and Lozère lamb; fresh sausage; cantal AOC; Bertillon ice cream... The homemade cuisine and the beautiful terrace, in full sunlight, as it should be, make it a friendly place for breakfast, lunch or dinner, hot drink breakfasts, fruit juices, pastries, bread, butter, artisanal jam, mountain honey from the Cantal, bacon egg on horseback...

One of them saw an SDF drunk approaching the tables which is comprehensible annoying but instead of calming the situation he pushed the guy on the floor aggressively, the guy was bleeding all around and then we had to call the embulance to take him. Afterwards all the clients left the restaurant.
Weird night honestly.
